What is included in the rental price?

The rental price includes air conditioning, Wi-Fi, power/electricity. There is an additional fee for cleaning services, use of bath & bedlinen, pets and electric car charger. .
What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation is free up to 3 months before the start of the booking. If you cancel between 3 and 1 month before the booking, the paid deposit will not be refunded. For cancellations less than one month before the booking, the full rental amount remains due.
What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in time is 3:00 PM CET and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
Is there a minimum stay requirement?

Yes, there is a minimum stay requirement of 7 nights.
What amenities are available?

Our property includes a fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, pool, poolhouse with outdoor fridge, zip line, 3 TV, Bose system, smart lock, fiber, airco, electric car charging station.
Is the house suitable for children?

Yes, Villa La Perla is suitable for children. We provide 2 high chairs and crib.
Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are allowed with a €25,00 per pet. The garden is fully enclosed. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a pet.
Is there parking available?

Yes, our domain has many parking spots. There is also a carport for 2 cars.
